Baby Cakes

For Christmas I asked for a mini cupcake maker. My husband actually bought it for me, which was surprising because he really thought it was dumb.


I am surprised at everything it makes. Quiche , mini pies, and of course muffin and cupcakes.

So for a NYE party we are attending I made red velvet w/ cream cheese frostings. French vanilla w/ vanilla and chocolate frosting. And of course, chocolate with chocolate frosting and some with vanilla frosting.



I did cheat this time and used box mixes, but in the future I hope to make more with different from scratch recipes.
